If you are not completely satisfied with any product, we will promptly issue credit to your account upon return of any item where installation has not been attempted.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

We warrants all parts are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety days from date of purchase. Our extent of liability is limited to replacement of the defective part, this warranty does not pay labor for installation. No other warranty is either expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover consequential damages.

DISCLAIMER:

RSOLE shall not be liable to either the customer nor any other company or individual for (1) injury or damage caused to trucks, trailers, contents, product cargo or persons by reason of the installation, use or mechanical failure of any product or otherwise or (2) special indirect incidental or consequential damages.
